The radio engine project consisted of an classic 1920's radio/phonogram. The user could interact with the work in a similar manner as one would with a conventional functional radio. The user tuned the radio to the desired channel and then listened to the program material. The listening material available consisted of numerous radio plays created from a period between the 1940's to the 1970's. This material was sliced into tiny fragments and subsequently reassembled on the fly so that the random jumble of thousands of fragments from each individual play recreated an never-ending flowing drama....
